RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process Maintain CSI at or above company standards Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals Manage productivity of the sales department Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of dealership management experience required Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a strong culture of team inclusivity Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries Qualified candidates please forward a resume or work history to our attention.
