Job Summary Phil Fitts Ford is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. No automotive sales experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed. In this role, you'll help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs, educate them on our products, and guide them through an enjoyable, stress-free buying experience. Responsibilities As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Phil Fitts Ford, you'll help customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they'll make. Our team will provide the training—you bring the enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers promptly and create a welcoming, no-pressure experience. Learn about each customer's needs and help them find the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget. Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives. Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, email, and in person. Maintain knowledge of Ford vehicles, used vehicle inventory, financing options, and dealership programs through ongoing training. Work closely with the finance department and sales managers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience. Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the dealership's CRM system. Meet individual and team sales goals while providing outstanding customer service. Represent Phil Fitts Ford with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and dealership events. Skills No automotive sales experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
