Management Trainee - Sales & Marketing

Position Overview We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our team and develop into a leadership role supporting nonprofit outreach campaigns, event operations, and team performance. This entry-level leadership development position is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, fundraising strategy, and team management while representing impactful causes. Comprehensive paid training and mentorship are provided. In this role, you will learn to lead outreach initiatives, oversee event teams, and support campaign growth while representing mission-driven organizations at community events and public engagement sites.

What You'll Do:
