Requirements for the
Sales Advisor:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university; minimum three years' experience in marketing and/or sales. Management skills and experience working with aging adults are preferred. Sandler training and/or certification is a plus. E xperience selling to high-net-worth individuals or selling large ticket items that have a long sales cycle are a plus . Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate across a varied spectrum of stakeholders. Excellence in public speaking a plus. Ability to calculate figure and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference and volume. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
