Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to support our sales leadership and key customer accounts. This role is central to ensuring a seamless customer experience—from order intake through project execution—while also assisting with inbound customer needs and supporting new business development efforts.
Primary Responsibilities include:
1. Key Account Support Serve as day-to-day support for top customer accounts Manage order intake, processing, and coordination with production teams Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery Communicate proactively with customers regarding status updates, changes, and needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requirements 2. Customer Service Support Assist with inbound phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries during high-volume periods Provide timely, professional responses and problem resolution Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure consistent service standards 3. Sales & Business Development Support Assist sales leadership in preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-ups Help identify and qualify new customer opportunities Conduct outreach to support lead development and customer re-engagement Gather and organize customer requirements for new opportunities
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with CRM/order management systems preferred
