Handle 100-150 customer communications per day by phone, text, and email Set a minimum of 150 appointments per month Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines Respond to leads quickly, professionally, and consistently Overcome objections and keep conversations moving toward an appointment Log activity and maintain accurate CRM notes Automotive sales or BDC experience required Bilingual preferred VinSolutions experience required Impel AI or similar tool experience is a plus Strong phone and written communication skills Process-driven, goal-oriented, and dependable Able to stay focused and productive in a high-volume environment Professional, mature, and business-minded Family-oriented company Clear expectations and strong structure High-performance role with real earning opportunity Best fit for someone who wants to make a positive impact in a structured environment

Pay:
