Our studio is part of a supportive, health-focused community where members feel welcome, encouraged, and inspired.

Position:

Front Desk Sales Representative Available Shifts Weekends:

Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (both days required)

Weekdays:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - Close Responsibilities Drive membership sales through phone calls, text outreach, studio tours, and in-person interactions Create a welcoming, positive, and high-energy environment for all members and guests Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to uphold the Club Pilates experience Build strong relationships with members to support retention, satisfaction, and community growth Work collaboratively with the team to achieve studio goals and deliver exceptional customer service Assist prospective members in defining fitness goals and finding the best membership option for their needs Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and team-player mentality Motivated by sales, member experience, and achieving goals Ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment Passion for fitness, wellness, and/or Pilates preferred Sales and customer service experience preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay + commission on sales Be part of a fun, supportive, and community-driven environment How to Apply If you're excited to join our team, apply directly with your résumé.
