We are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive continued growth. Position Overview We are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to manage incoming dumpster rental and service inquiries from our existing customer base while also identifying opportunities to expand business through outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has strong multitasking and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Handle incoming calls from existing customers regarding roll-off dumpster rentals and service requests. Provide exceptional customer service and identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Scheduling & CRM Management Enter customer orders and service requests accurately into the company's CRM system. Coordinate and schedule dumpster deliveries, swaps, pickups, and other services. Ensure all customer information and service details are properly documented. Business Development Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers. Generate new business opportunities and help expand Berks Transfer's customer base. Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Promote company services and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Qualifications Previous inside sales experience required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in the waste, recycling, transportation, or service industry is a plus but not required.
