Full Time Team Lead

This is a hands-on, in-person role where you'll develop leadership skills while driving sales and delivering top-tier customer service. As a Full Time Team Lead, you'll work directly with customers, guiding them through fiber internet solutions, while also training alongside senior leadership to sharpen your skills in sales strategy, customer engagement, and team development. What You'll Do:

Lead by example in daily sales and customer service interactions for Frontier fiber internet services Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions Support and mentor newer team members while continuing to develop your own leadership skills Assist with customer account management, follow-ups, and service enrollments Participate in team outreach initiatives and local sales campaigns Maintain strong relationships with customers through clear, professional communication Ensure all sales and customer service activities meet compliance and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills A team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment Organized, driven, and goal-focused Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

This is an in-person position based in Scranton, PA , supporting customers in Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Dunmore, and surrounding areas.

Pay:

$3,600.00 - $4,200.00 per month
