Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Demonstrated history of success in insurance sales or high-volume relationship management. Deep familiarity with local Scranton, PA community dynamics and business networks. Responsibilities Cultivate new relationships with individuals and business owners across Scranton to help them protect what matters most. Provide comprehensive coverage assessments to ensure clients have the right protection for their specific stage of life. Present and explain various insurance products clearly, ensuring clients feel confident and well-informed about their choices. Manage an active book of business with a focus on retention and ongoing service excellence. Collaborate with the broader team to refine sales strategies and share insights that help us serve our neighbors more effectively.
