Sales Coordinator

Job Overview As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds our sales team together, ensuring we're always one step ahead! The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in generating revenue for the hotel by effectively managing and coordinating sales tasks & efforts. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Managers in managing customer accounts, group blocks, gathering event details, and maintaining relationships Assist with sending client documents, detailing event orders, & other clerical duties as needed Support direct sales activities and business development initiatives Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries Utilize technology sales tools such as Delphi, PEP, & Canva for efficient data management and content creation Collaborate with the team on upselling strategies and opportunities Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel sales support role preferred, but not required Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with Delphi (Salesforce), PEP, Canva or similar applications is a plus
