Sales Representative

Job Summary We are hiring motivated sales reps to make outbound calls and help customers sign up for electricity and gas programs in states with energy choice. You will talk to homeowners, review their utility bill, explain the offer, and complete the enrollment on the same call. No experience is necessary. If you are competitive, coachable, and willing to learn, we will train you. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are strongly preferred. If you speak both, put that at the top of your application. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to homeowners Explain the program in a simple way Review the customer's utility bill See if they qualify Answer basic questions Complete the enrollment over the phone Follow the script and required disclosures Leave clear notes in the system Work toward daily goals for calls, talk time, sales, and quality What We're Looking For Competitive attitude Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable talking on the phone Good communication skills Basic computer skills Able to stay calm and keep going when people say no Experience No experience needed. Sales experience helps, but it is not required. We provide paid training.
