• No cold calling or door knocking required Earn more commission for self-generated business Attend weekly sales meetings Present financing options Track every appointment and opportunity using Guardian's CRM system Collaborate with marketing to refine leads and sales strategies Who We're Looking For 1+ years of in-home roofing/siding sales experience Outstanding negotiation and communication skills Ability to work a 5-day work week between Monday-Saturday, Saturdays are mandatory Is coachable and eager to learn Strong closer with experience in financing and CRM usage Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and disciplined Willingness to travel within a 60•mile radius of
