Job Description
Overview We are seeking highly effective, motivated and experienced Sales Professionals to join our team! This is not an entry level role. We are looking for PRO's who know how to connect with customers, establish the need, and offer tailored solutions that result in signed contracts. Top candidates will have a proven track record of producing 7 figure sales years. Individuals with experience in selling Home Remodeling Services and Window Sales Pro's will have top preference. At Burke Home Services we specialize in energy efficient home improvements. Insulation services, home energy retrofits, basement and crawlspace waterproofing and vinyl replacement windows. For over 20 years we have delivered consistent results and top level service to both our customers and our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences and boosting sales across our product categories. Do the research for yourself. Duties and Requirements Run company provided and self generated leads for in home sales appointments Most appointment set between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm occasional later appointments and weekends as needed to support your customers. Build and present onsite proposals for various services including waterproofing, insulation retrofits and window replacement. Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details features and benefits clearly to diverse clients on site, in their home. Close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Successfully present financing options and assist customers as needed in completion of financing applications. Manage relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, handling inquiries, and always asking for referrals. Strong sales and presentation skills paired with excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of renovations, remodeling and residential construction processes enhances your effectiveness in this role. Experienced Window Sales Pro's will have significant opportunities here. Upsell products through customer engagement and product demos to maximize sales opportunities. Organizational skills for managing multiple customers simultaneously, communicating with Production and supporting the office team while maintaining detailed records. Consistently and accurately convert contracts from proposals to a detailed and usable scope of work for the Production Team to effectively handle installation efforts. A positive attitude. A willingness to learn. A desire to help customers.
