We are growing our Home Services & Handyman Repairs division and hiring our first dedicated salesperson to take it over. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to own a sales territory, be mentored directly by the owner, and build a six-figure income. The Opportunity As our Outside Sales Representative, you will run in-home consultations for repair, handyman, and small-to-mid remodeling projects across our service area. You will meet homeowners, diagnose their needs, build trust, scope the work, price it, and close it. Leads are provided — you focus on selling. This role reports directly to the owner. What You'll Do Run company-provided in-home appointments with homeowners across the North Hills and greater Pittsburgh area. Listen, diagnose the homeowner's real needs, and scope repair and remodeling work accurately. Measure, take photos, and prepare clear, professional written estimates — often on the spot. Present pricing with confidence and close the sale at full value. Hand off sold jobs cleanly to the production team and stay the homeowner's point of contact through the start of the project. Follow up on open quotes until they are won or lost — no lead left behind. Generate your own referrals and repeat business from happy customers (extra commission for self-sourced jobs). Keep your pipeline and notes updated daily so nothing falls through the cracks. What We're Looking ForRequired 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting goals — in-home or B2C sales strongly preferred. Genuine construction, remodeling, or trades knowledge: you can walk a job, understand scope, and speak credibly to a homeowner about what their project involves. Comfortable quoting and closing in the home, same-day. Valid PA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (you'll be driving to appointments daily). Professional appearance and strong communication — homeowners are inviting you into their home. Self-motivated and money-motivated; you want a commission ceiling that you control. Nice to Have Prior experience selling remodeling, home improvement, exteriors, or home services (e.g., Power Home, Renewal by Andersen, Leaf, Mr. Handyman, or a local remodeler). Hands-on trade background (carpentry, handyman, GC, estimating). Experience using a CRM and digital estimating tools. Existing network of Pittsburgh-area homeowners or referral sources.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
