We are seeking an experienced and self-motived Automotive Sales Specialists to join our team of top performing professionals who embody sophistication, expertise and commitment to our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the vehicle lineup, features, and competitive advantages.
  • Build lasting relationships through follow-up, communication, and exceptional service.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while upholding the dealership's standard of excellence.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to ensure client satisfaction and dealership success.
  • Achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars by adhering to the sales process.
  • Follow up on all sales leads and promptly and accurately record all client communication.
  • Understand the terminology of the automobile business and technical changes in the product.
  • Process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Explain product performance and benefits to our clients.
  • Follow up with unsold clients, utilizing proper forms of communication.
Present pricing including leasing and financing payments.
Qualifications:
  • Prior automotive sales experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Valid driver's license with three years of clean driving experience.
Requirements:
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing
  • Must pass pre-employment background check
