Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the vehicle lineup, features, and competitive advantages.
- Build lasting relationships through follow-up, communication, and exceptional service.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while upholding the dealership's standard of excellence.
- Collaborate with management and team members to ensure client satisfaction and dealership success.
- Achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars by adhering to the sales process.
- Follow up on all sales leads and promptly and accurately record all client communication.
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and technical changes in the product.
- Process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
- Explain product performance and benefits to our clients.
- Follow up with unsold clients, utilizing proper forms of communication.
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Self-motivated with the drive to achieve individual and team goals.
- Valid driver's license with three years of clean driving experience.
