Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as we celebrate our 80th year as a High Volume Family Owned dealership as a New & Pre-Owned Sales Professional and drive success in the vibrant world of automobile sales! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of connecting customers with high-quality pre-owned vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships. Duties Engage with prospective buyers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital channels to generate sales opportunities. Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs. while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads and follow-ups using CRM software.. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control to ensure availability of desirable vehicles. Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and outreach efforts to attract new customers. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales a plus , especially with pre-owned or used vehicles; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and phone etiquette. Ability to conduct B2B (business-to-business) and retail sales confidently across diverse customer segments. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a broader customer base. Demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultanously.
