Full-time About the Role We are seeking a motivated, community-oriented Home Health Marketer to join our team in Williamsport. This is a multifaceted role designed for someone who enjoys building professional relationships and being the "face" of our agency. You will bridge the gap between our healthcare partners and the families who need our support, ensuring a seamless transition into home care. In this position, you will be responsible for growing our presence in the local territory through strategic networking and managing the initial intake process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities Relationship Building:

Visit physician offices, hospitals, senior centers, and community organizations to build trust and generate patient referrals.

Community Outreach:

Represent the agency at local health fairs, networking groups, and community events to increase brand awareness.

Intake Management:

Act as the first point of contact for new referrals; conduct initial intakes, gather necessary clinical/demographic information, and explain our services to families.

Case Coordination:

Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth hand-off from the marketing phase to the start of care.

Market Strategy:

Identify new opportunities for growth within the Williamsport area and track outreach efforts using our CRM.

You have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for daily travel throughout the Williamsport territory.

Requirements Experience:

1+ years in marketing, sales, and healthcare coordination (preferred).

Skills:
