Retail Finance / F&I Representative

A leader in the powersports industry is looking for an aggressive, take charge Retail Finance / F&I Representative. Candidates must have finance and insurance experience with proven ability to drive sales. The Retail Finance / F&I Representative will be responsible for providing credit for customers who want to purchase an Motorcycle or other Powersports. Structure deals that are in compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies, resulting in quick funding, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Products offered include Extended Service Plans, Gap, Tire & Wheel Protection, Paint Protectants, and Theft. If you are a bright, articulate, a people person, and comfortable with sales and good with numbers this could be for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with our lenders to arrange financing.
• Sell additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Accurately create deals, submit deals to lenders for approval and effectively close deals in compliance with our policies and legal guidelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate paperwork and minimizing funding delays.
• Be knowledgeable of Red Flag Regulations and State Regulations regarding finance and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and be a team player.
• Be capable of hitting monthly and yearly sales goals.

Job Requirements:

• Dealership experience as a Finance & Insurance Representative in the powersports or automotive industry.
• Sales experience with a passion for powersports.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with contracts and vehicle titles.
• Must possess and demonstrate personal & professional integrity and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
