Job Description

We're looking for commission-only appointment setters to call HVAC business owners and book short appointments to deliver a
FREE HVAC
Revenue & Efficiency Report that helps owners uncover missed revenue and inefficiencies in their current operation. You are not closing sales—your only responsibility is starting conversations, qualifying interest, and booking appointments using a simple, proven script (training and leads provided). This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, uncapped commissions paid per qualified appointment plus performance bonuses. Ideal for self-motivated callers who are comfortable with outbound calling and want to be paid strictly on performance.
