Skills Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on client engagement. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of insurance products including life, property casualty, and commercial insurance; familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for efficient sales administration and client management. Analytical skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Understanding of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance during all sales activities.
