RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate effectively with customers and prospects. Gain knowledge of all dealership products and services. Drive traffic for the sales department by setting appointments. Must be willing and able to make 60+ outbound calls each day. Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations. Reply to and follow up with incoming internet leads. Present both products and financial options to satisfy clients. Complete certification training for both the dealership and manufacturer. Use our customer relation software for said follow up with clients. Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or the equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be able to work on the phone and computer all day Pleasant and engaging phone personality Automotive, Call Center, collections, inside sales experience a plus Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results We will contact you for your confidential interview.
