Job Summary Radiant Roofing is seeking motivated roofing sales reps to join our team. Preferably looking for guys with some sales experience. No roofing sales experience necessary, just some in-person sales. A massive 2-inch hail storm just hit Northeast Ohio last year, and we are right in the middle of it. We are a well-established team of killers based right here in Bedford Heights, Ohio, where the hail storm hit. Unlike a lot of other roofing companies, we have figured out solid consistent marketing strategies, which generate appointments every day for our sales reps. So, unlike a lot of companies that hand you an ipad and tell you to knock doors to self generate leads every day, we can provide leads. Ideally, once you get going, over 50% of your time would be expected to hit leads, and you'd be provided a company truck. This is a 100% commission job. We are an ethical company with a good brand, solid online reputation, insurance industry knowledge, and a marketing machine that generates leads. No, you don't have to have experience in roof sales. You don't need a degree, or any experience selling, really. But you do have to have strong communication skills, patience, and time in your schedule, especially evenings, to sell. And you do need... To be at least 18 years of age Drive a vehicle A Drivers License Car Insurance Ability to lift 40 lbs Be comfortable on ladders and walking roofs, getting in attics. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with customers. Knock doors & build relationships. Be available to sell, especially in evenings. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. Provide exceptional customer service & communication. Keep track of leads & follow up with them through the pipeline. Structure and complete contracts with customers. Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and performance. Participate in inside sales activities, including sales role play, trainings, and product demonstrations. Achieve individual sales targets & contribute to overall team goals. Skills Proficiency in software applications. (I will train you, and it's not hard) Strong understanding of sales principles, including retail and insurance. (Again, I will train you) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a team environment, while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Physically fit, with the ability to lift a ladder and walk roofs. Compensation 100% Commission. You get paid on what you sell. That's not how we do things. You'll be in the truck with us for a few weeks, and go through a daily video training program with the team. It's structured for a reason… to get you self sufficient so you can start making money faster. We'll train every morning in the office, do some sales role play, and get you 100% confident in your skill set. You will not feel unprepared when you're ready to go out on your own.
