We are actively expanding our offline retail partnership network and are looking for motivated individuals with local resources and sales experience to join our team. Responsibilities Identify and develop local furniture and home goods retail stores as potential partners, building and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships Proactively visit target stores to introduce company products and partnership models, driving agreements to successful closure Follow up on the day-to-day operations and sales performance of partner stores, providing necessary support and coordination Regularly report market trends and customer feedback to help optimize partnership strategies Reference partnership program details: costway.com/massage-chair-dealer Requirements Fluent English with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Prior experience in business development, or sales roles Ability to independently conduct client visits and business negotiations Background in furniture, home appliances, or home goods industry preferred Existing local retail store connections and channel resources preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States I-9 completion is required upon hire Compensation & Benefits Flexible part-time schedule with a high degree of autonomy Competitive compensation package (base salary + commission); details to be discussed during a phone interview
