We are looking for a driven, self-motivated sales professional who wants more than just sitting behind a desk waiting for leads to walk in. This is for someone who enjoys the chase, thrives on building relationships, and wants to create their own success. We are a fast-growing vehicle wrap, graphics, and window tint company looking for someone who can help grow the brand by generating new business, building partnerships, and closing deals. You do NOT need experience in the wrap or tint industry. In fact, we would almost prefer someone with strong sales ability and a fresh perspective. If you have a passion for cars, art, branding, customization, or aesthetics — even better. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be rewarded for hustle, effort, and results. What You'll Do Prospect and generate new business opportunities Build and manage your own sales pipeline Follow up with leads and close deals Network with local businesses and customers Help grow long-term customer relationships Represent the company professionally and confidently Work alongside our production and design teams to help customers bring projects to life What We're Looking For Strong sales and communication skills Self-motivated and hungry to succeed Comfortable talking to people and building relationships Ability to work independently without constant supervision Confidence in prospecting and generating your own opportunities Honest, trustworthy, and professional conduct is
REQUIRED
Must value integrity and transparency with customers Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM systems is a plus, but not required Passion for automotive culture, design, branding, or creative industries is a plus Compensation StructureTraining / First 30 Days $500/week base pay during training Plus 5% commission on self-generated sales After Training Period 10% commission on self-generated sales 5-7% commission on company-provided leads Uncapped earning potential This role is built for someone who wants to control their income and grow with the company.
