Bilingual Outside Sales Representative (1099 Contractor) Remodeling & Commercial Cleaning Services Space City Advice & Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representative to help grow our residential remodeling, commercial remodeling, and commercial cleaning divisions throughout the Greater Houston area. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, scheduling meetings, presenting proposals, and helping secure new contracts. Responsibilities Generate new residential and commercial remodeling opportunities. Prospect and secure commercial cleaning contracts. Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, apartment communities, real estate investors, business owners, and commercial property managers. Conduct outreach through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person visits. Schedule meetings, walkthroughs, and client consultations. Present company services and solutions to potential clients. Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships. Assist in negotiating and closing contracts. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Sales experience preferred. Experience in remodeling, construction, property management, commercial cleaning, or B2B sales is a plus. Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Position.
