As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing the best possible customer experience and ensuring a fast checkout process. Your job will be a mix of sales, customer service, and cashier responsibilities. You will be responsible for signing up walk-in customers, explaining our products and services, upselling products, and processing payments. Additionally, you will take incoming customer service and sales calls, quote projects, and place orders. Each Inside Sales Representative will be trained to manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of existing accounts.

Requirements :

• Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• High school graduate. Quick learner and willing to develop a career with us.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service/ sales experience at a Nursery, or Commercial Landscaping.

Basic Nursery plant knowledge

IS REQUIRED

• Superior communication and organization with strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work with systems and manage payments.
• Ability to work weekdays 7AM- 4PM and Saturdays 7AM- 12PM (Saturdays on a rotation only) Ability to walk the Nursery grounds, sometimes in inclement weather, to help with customers' requests.

Ability to lift 40lbs. and help with occasional Nursery maintenance activities.
