What You'll Earn $18-$20/hr for in-shop or on-site estimating work Commission on every new commercial account and completed fleet repair sale you bring in — no cap Gas reimbursement for all business-related driving The best performers in this role will be people who walk into a fleet yard, assess vehicles, write estimates, and close accounts in a single visit — that's where the real earning potential is What You'll Do Cold call, text, and walk in to fleet companies, trucking operators, logistics firms, construction companies, and dealerships across DFW Build your own book of commercial accounts from scratch Conduct on-site vehicle damage assessments for fleet clients Write accurate repair estimates using CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex Explain repair scope and pricing to fleet managers and operations teams in plain language Connect new accounts with our shop and manage the relationship after the sale Prospect via LinkedIn, Twitter/X, phone, and in-person What We're Looking For 2+ years of auto body estimating, collision consulting, or service advising experience Solid knowledge of body shop repair — structural, mechanical, refinishing, and parts Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating platforms Confident, professional communicator — you're comfortable talking to a fleet manager or a shop foreman Self-motivated with no need for hand-holding Reliable personal vehicle (gas reimbursed) Background check required Bonus if you have: Existing fleet, dealership, or commercial buyer relationships in DFW Prior B2B sales or outside sales experience Experience working with transportation, logistics, or construction company accounts Why Ace Body and Frame?
