This role is ideal for someone who is professional, commercially minded, persistent, and interested in investor relations, capital markets, and public company engagement. The Associate will identify and engage prospective corporate clients, communicate the value of our platform, and support the onboarding process for companies joining the program. Core Responsibilities Identify and research publicly listed companies that may benefit from Corporate Access Services Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by sector, market, geography, exchange, and investor relations objectives Conduct outreach to and meet with C-suite executives, investor relations teams, and corporate development professionals Prepare tailored outreach emails, pitch notes, call materials, and follow-up communications Coordinate introductory calls and support senior team members throughout the business development process and help onboard new corporate clients Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, prospect notes, and outreach activity Candidate Requirements Prior experience in financial services, investor relations, capital markets, business development, account management, or client relations preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional presence and comfort engaging with senior executives and investor relations professionals Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once Detail-oriented, with a focus on consistency, follow-through, and quality control Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team Interest in public markets, corporate finance, investor relations, and corporate access Proficiency with Gmail, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, HubSpot, AI tools, and other web-based research applications Application Please send a resume and cover letter if you are interested and believe you fit the candidacy requirements.
