We are looking for a true business developer — someone who knows how to originate revenue, build referral networks from scratch, and materially grow market share in a competitive restoration environment. If that's you, we've built a compensation structure designed to reward it.

ABOUT US

Rainbow Restoration of Decatur is a locally owned restoration company serving the greater Atlanta metro — Decatur, Stone Mountain, Cumming, and surrounding communities. We handle water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and related services for residential and commercial clients. Our reputation is built on fast response, quality work, and the trust of the professionals who refer us. We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to help us own this market.

THE ROLE

This is a remote/field-based position. You'll spend the majority of your time visible in the Atlanta market — building referral relationships, attending networking events, and creating new business opportunities across: Plumbers & trade contractors — the professionals first on scene when water damage strikes Insurance adjusters & agents — positioning Rainbow Restoration as their trusted mitigation partner Property managers & commercial contacts — developing ongoing relationships with those responsible for protecting properties across the metro Fire departments, real estate professionals, and community networks — any productive channel that generates restoration opportunity One in-office meeting per week at our Stone Mountain location keeps you connected to operations. Everything else is the field.

COMPENSATION OVERVIEW

Ramp Period — First 6 Months A competitive guaranteed base salary is provided during the ramp period to allow full focus on territory development, relationship building, and pipeline creation. Details are discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process. Post-Ramp Structure Competitive base salary plus 4% commission on all personally generated revenue Uncapped commission potential Performance Bonus — EBITDA Participation This role also includes a performance-based annual bonus tied directly to the revenue you generate and the profitability of the company. The structure is straightforward, meaningful, and designed to reward sustained high performance. Details are discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
