About us at Simmons Industries We are a sales and development firm expanding across Southern California, hiring an entry level Business Development Associate (Paid Training) to help customers navigate Verizon FiOS services. This role focuses on connecting customers to high-speed fiber solutions while building real-world sales experience in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. The Entry Level Business Development Associate will also drive sales by matching customers with the fiber plans they need for streaming and remote work. By managing the sales process with a personal touch, the Business Development Associate ensures that every new enrollment leads to long-term community trust. What You'll Do Daily as a Business Development Associate Connect with local customers to review their current internet services and recommend FiOS plans that fit their needs Present FiOS as a reliable, high-speed solution for households using multiple devices Explain long-term pricing options and promotions in a clear, straightforward way Highlight available perks such as streaming benefits, device incentives, and bundled savings Guide customers step-by-step through the enrollment process to ensure a smooth experience Track interactions and provide feedback to improve team performance and sales strategy What We're Looking For in a Business Development Associate Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people face-to-face Ability to break down information into simple, easy-to-understand solutions Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Reliable, professional, and consistent in daily interactions Interest in sales, business development, or leadership growth As a Business Development Associate, you'll introduce Verizon Fios to customers who want a connection they can count on.
