• What You Will Be Doing:

• Responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers and/or vendors within their business group's specific technologies by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies. Assists with the development and execution of strategy and business development.
• Responsible for implementing business development initiatives.
• Provides market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
• Ensures execution to sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.

• What We Are Looking For:

• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise
• Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
• Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
• Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems
• Serves as an expert within own function
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred
• Sales experience required; industry experience strongly preferred
• This position is a 70/30 split; the compensation posted is an OTE number that includes commission
• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience. EE preferred
• Travel 30%-40% U.S. and Canada
• Familiarity with Intel preferred This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

• Work Arrangement:

• _If located in Denver, candidate will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home. If located elsewhere, candidate will be remote but_ _must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership._

• Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

• $115,800.00 - $196,432.50 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
