Business Development Representative

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Rep in a commission sales role to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience, driving sales, and promoting our services. This is a commission sales position with very flexible hours and an uncapped earning potential! Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective demos and presentations. Maintain an ongoing client relationship, fostering client retention and keeping them informed of new service offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Work with Design team to create effective sales materials. Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and new product launches. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication skills and a friendly personality Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, motivation to find new potential customers and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
