Business Development Representative 1225 Solano Avenue, Albany, CA 94706 $21 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $21 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Business Development Representative Worldwide Security & Patrol Services Inc. Bay Area, CA Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our security services throughout the Bay Area. In this role, you will be the driving force behind growing our client base by engaging prospective property managers, construction companies, HOAs, commercial properties, retail centers, and local businesses through outbound outreach, field visits, warm introductions, and strategic networking efforts. This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential for someone who is self-driven and hungry to close contracts. If you are confident, professional, and motivated by performance-based income, this is a high-upside opportunity. Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach (phone calls, emails, and in-person visits) to generate new security contract opportunities Engage in B2B sales activities by understanding client safety concerns and presenting tailored security solutions Meet with property managers, construction supervisors, business owners, and HOA boards Negotiate service agreements and close contracts effectively Build long-term referral partnerships Track leads and follow-ups using CRM tools or structured reporting Collaborate with management to refine pricing strategies and outreach campaigns Maintain a strong understanding of our armed and unarmed security services, patrol services, and site-specific coverage plans Represent the company professionally at all times Compensation Commission-based (percentage of contract value) Recurring earning potential for retained accounts Unlimited income potential for high performers Compensation structure discussed during interview Requirements Experience in B2B sales, field sales, property management, construction, or security industry outreach preferred Strong negotiation and closing skills Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person networking Professional communication skills (verbal and written English) Self-motivated with ability to work independently Persistent with follow-ups and relationship building Reliable transportation for local outreach Schedule Flexible (Monday-Friday preferred) Field-based role throughout the Bay Area Interested?
