As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for almost all new customers, working closely with Business Development Managers to generate new opportunities. You will prospect across phone, email, and social channels, create effective outreach to break through the noise, and book meetings for your team to progress and close. You will initially work from an established outbound sales playbook and over time develop your own prospecting instincts to enhance and strengthen your sales prospecting skill set. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect across phone, email, and social to identify and engage prospective customers. Book qualified meetings for Business Development Managers to progress opportunities. Execute primarily outbound activity, with opportunity to work warm inbound leads where available. Apply the established outbound playbook and improve prospecting approach over time. CRM (HubSpot preferred). Prospecting channels and tools (phone, email, social). Sales playbooks and enablement resources. 1-year new business SaaS sales experience (outbound). Strong prospecting, communication, and qualification discipline. Maintain high activity levels and disciplined CRM logging. Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve meeting quality and conversion. Provide a professional and confident first experience for prospects and customers. Ensure clear communication and expectations through early engagement. Consistent creation of qualified meetings and pipeline contribution. improving outbound conversion through coaching and continuous learning. Coachable and open to feedback; comfortable role‑playing and continuous improvement. Strong learning mindset and contribution to team culture. Contribute to improving outreach approaches, messaging, and playbook effectiveness. Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Required Qualifications and Experience Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred). 1‑year new business SaaS sales experience (outbound). Strong phone confidence and willingness to maintain high call volumes. Coachable and open to constructive feedback. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Inbound experience. Experience using Intercom. Experience using personas in selling.
