We're hiring our first business development representative to sign and support apartment communities and property management companies in Eugene and Springfield. Responsibilities Prospect and sign apartment communities and property management companies Present Rent Bonus's services and guide new properties through onboarding Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, with monthly check-ins Respond to partner communications promptly and keep accounts active Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer communications Share customer feedback and market insights with the founding team Qualifications Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and reliable with follow-up Experience in sales, property management, leasing, or multifamily preferred but not required Compensation $16/hour base for 10 hours per week $25 commission for every qualifying tenant move-in at properties you sign, paid for as long as the property stays active and you manage the account $12.50 per move-in on deals closed with founder assistance
