The Opportunity:
We're hiring a Sales Prospecting Specialist to be on the front lines of our business development efforts. This is an entry-level, high-activity role designed for someone who's outgoing, persistent, and hungry to grow in the world of sales. You won't be closing deals (yet), but you'll play a critical role in filling our pipeline with qualified leads and setting the stage for our senior team to win business. If you're sharp, resilient, and ready to prove yourself in a fast-paced environment, this is your launchpad.
What You'll Do:
Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospects daily Research target companies and identify key decision-makers Qualify leads and schedule intro calls for our Business Development team Maintain detailed records in our CRM (HubSpot) Use email, phone, and LinkedIn for multi-touch prospecting Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach messaging Hit and exceed weekly outreach and call activity goals
Who You Are:
Energetic, confident, and highly self-motivated Thrive on making connections and talking to new people Not afraid of rejection—you're resilient and driven Eager to build a long-term sales career in a growing company Organized, dependable, and tech-savvy (experience with HubSpot is a plus) Prior customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus—but not required

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year plus uncapped commissions.
Total Compensation:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 in year 1.
