This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with Plumbing companies, insurance professionals, property managers, contractors, and community partners, and promoting our restoration services throughout the market. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and confident in networking, client communication, and generating leads. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, maintaining referral partnerships, attending networking events, and supporting the company's continued expansion through excellent customer service and brand representation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment with a team dedicated to delivering high quality restoration services and exceptional customer care. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to build long term business relationships are essential for success in this role. Duties Prospect and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market research Track and report on business development metrics, such as referral volume, partnership success rates, and revenue growth from new sources Engage potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our solutions and value proposition Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our offerings Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract prospective customers Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities Assist in developing strategic plans for market expansion and customer engagement Negotiate terms with prospects to secure new business agreements that benefit both parties Counter days at property management companies, plumbing supply stores, and vendor locations Building relationships, networking with vendors, and connecting with potential clients face to face Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain strong partner relationships. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build and nurture connections. Requirements Proven experience with managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Strong background in business development, sales, or marketing roles with a focus on client acquisition Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously Ability to develop strategic plans that align with company growth objectives Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging diverse audiences Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used to generate leads and increase brand awareness Responsibilities Generate new business through B2B prospecting, networking, and relationship building Develop and maintain relationships with: Insurance agents & adjusters Property managers & commercial clients HOAs, facilities managers, and contractors Build and maintain a strong book of business Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets Join us at Precise Restoration as a Business Development Representative and be part of a passionate team dedicated to growth, innovation, and success!
