Job Description

Business Development & Partnerships Intern (Paid - Commission-Based) ReClaim™ Luggage Delivery Service Powered by All Purpose Professional Services LLC (APPS) Position Summary The Business Development & Partnerships Intern is responsible for supporting the growth of ReClaim™ by building relationships with hotels and travel-related businesses . This is a paid, commission-based internship focused on generating partnerships and expanding market presence. Interns will gain hands-on experience in sales, logistics operations, and business development while earning based on performance. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Identify and visit hotels, resorts, and travel-related businesses Present and explain ReClaim™ services to decision-makers Build and establish new business partnerships Maintain a pipeline of potential partners Field Outreach Conduct in-person visits to hotels and businesses Deliver marketing materials and service information Represent the ReClaim™ brand professionally Relationship Management Follow up with potential and existing partners Maintain communication with hotel management and staff Support onboarding of new partners Reporting & Tracking Track daily outreach activities (visits, conversations, follow-ups) Submit activity and performance reports Provide feedback on market response and opportunities Compensation This is a paid, commission-based internship . Earn income based on partnerships secured Additional incentives and bonuses may be offered based on performance Opportunity for increased earning potential as partnerships generate business RequirementsEducation / Background Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in: Business Marketing Hospitality Logistics (or related field preferred but not required) Skills & Abilities Strong verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking with business professionals Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Experience (Preferred, Not Required) Customer service experience Sales or marketing experience Hospitality or travel industry exposure Work Requirements Ability to travel locally within assigned areas Comfortable with in-person outreach (walking into businesses) Flexible schedule availability Reliable transportation preferred Success Traits ✔ Confident and outgoing personality ✔ Strong work ethic and consistency ✔ Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated ✔ Interest in business growth and entrepreneurship ✔ Willingness to learn and adapt Work Environment Field-based role (visiting hotels and businesses) Flexible schedule Performance-driven environment Growth Opportunity Top-performing interns may have the opportunity to: transition into full-time roles take on leadership responsibilities manage territories or future interns

$47,581.11 - $57,301.98 per year
