Establish and maintain organizational attitude about a quality product, quick delivery, customer satisfaction, and competitive ad pricing. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and improve selling skills. Prospecting for a new business Visiting job sites to help gain sales Keep the sales pipeline full by ensuring an active list of potential new leads is compiled and constantly updated through CRM. Make outside sales calls as needed and follow up on leads and opportunities to grow and drive business. Understanding our competition, our strengths, and market positioning and being able to relay the value proposition to customers. Attend weekly sales meetings and daily huddles to review leads, prospects, and required steps to close jobs. Provide excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals. Effectively communicate product knowledge to customers. Educate and assist customers in selecting cabinets and related products for building projects. Create and present proposals to qualified prospective customers and follow up as needed. Prepare sales contracts and assist in collection when needed. Assist the customer from lead to the installation. Represent Figtree Cabinets professionally while interacting with our customers, vendors, and contractors through effective communication, timely arrival, and neat appearance. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
