About the Role Are you an automotive enthusiast who loves interacting with people? We are seeking a Car Key Sales Technician to join our team in Miami. This unique hybrid role combines proactive sales with hands-on experience. Requirements High school diploma/GED and valid driver's license (clean record). Ability to work a Thursday-Monday schedule (off Tuesdays/Wednesdays). Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Willingness to travel around the Miami area and pass a background check. Automotive background or interest is highly preferred. Professional key programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Proactively approach customers in a retail environment to introduce KeyMe's on-the-spot car key services.

Consultative Selling:

Educate customers on service benefits and the duplication process to build trust and close sales.

Automotive Service:

Cut, clone, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes for various vehicle makes and models.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve basic key cutting or programming issues in real-time.

Quality Assurance:

Test all completed keys for functionality and accuracy before handing them off to the customer.

Maintenance:

Assist with daily mobile van setup and maintain all tools, machines, and inventory in top condition. Benefits Competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commission.
