Career Development Associate

There's one opening in the Brookings area for a driven, people-first professional. The work is in person, face-to-face with the owners of small and mid-sized businesses across the region. No cold-calling from a cubicle, no working from home.

What you will do:

Sit down with business owners across the Brookings area and work alongside them on how they take care of their employees. On our end, you get structured training that runs past onboarding, performance bonuses, and a real path into leadership when you are ready for it.

Someone who is teachable, naturally competitive, and warm with the people they work with. A sales background is welcome, not required. If you have done well in customer-facing work, played a sport at a competitive level, taught a classroom, served in the military, or worked any role where effort and follow-through mattered, we want to hear from you.
