Client and Business Development Advisor (Sales)

Family Source Consultants, a leading surrogacy and egg donation agency, is seeking a driven and compassionate Client and Business Development Advisor to join our team! In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for intended parent leads—guiding them with empathy, education, and confidence as they take the first steps in their family-building journey. You'll also play a key role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with fertility centers and clinics nationwide. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for new intended parent leads, providing prompt, informative, and supportive communication within one hour Build trust and confidence with leads through consistent follow-up, through all communication paths, personalized consultations, and deep knowledge of our services Guide leads through every step of the decision-making process, with the goal of converting inquiries into committed clients urgently at a high-rate Maintain detailed tracking of lead activity and conversion metrics in CRM systems Present the value, reputation, and support Family Source Consultants offers throughout the surrogacy and egg donation journey Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new clients are seamlessly transitioned to the next stage of their journey Build, nurture, and expand referral relationships with fertility clinics and reproductive professionals Requirements Live in Chicago, Chicago Suburbs or within two hour drive of Chicago Ability to develop strong relationships quickly and work in a fast-paced environment characterized by growth and change Have impeccable communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Possess excellent time management and organizational skills A heart for helping others and a passion for family building Must have a professional appearance, work quality, and personal skills Experience with third-party reproduction and emotional aspects related; former egg donor, surrogate, or former intended parent is a plus At Family Source Consultants, we lead with empathy, integrity, and purpose.
