Client Coordinator & Sales Support

At Formah Body Sculpting, our mission is to help clients feel confident, empowered, and beautiful through results-driven, non-invasive body sculpting treatments and an elevated customer experience. We are a fast-growing wellness and aesthetics studio focused not only on delivering real results, but also creating a warm, welcoming, high-energy environment where clients feel cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. We are looking for a warm, organized, and motivated Client Coordinator & Sales Support team member to help support our growing studio in Orlando/Winter Park. This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty/wellness, enjoys connecting with people, and is naturally organized, proactive, and attentive to client experience.

Schedule:

Approximately 16-18 hours weekly 2 in-studio shifts per week 1 remote work day per week focused on lead follow-up and client communication

Responsibilities Include:

Following up with leads and inquiries Booking consultations and appointments Answering calls/texts and assisting clients Confirming appointments and helping fill schedule openings Supporting front desk/studio flow on in-studio days Helping maintain the elevated Formah client experience
