Rx Sports Rehab is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven individual to help support our clinic and connect more active people with the healthcare they deserve. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, learning business and marketing skills, and making a meaningful impact. You'll play an important role in helping prospective clients move through their journey with our clinic through outreach, follow-up, social engagement, and business development efforts. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment (primarily remote), ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for growth into leadership and managerial roles.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through outreach and follow-up communication Respond to inbound leads and support individuals through the early stages of their client journey Book consultations, appointments, and next-step conversations Support lead generation and business development initiatives Engage with social media and assist with marketing efforts based on experience and interest Assist with content coordination, community engagement, and visibility initiatives Maintain organized records within CRM and communication systems Collaborate with leadership to improve client experience and conversion processes Participate in required meetings, training sessions, and occasional in-person events Contribute to projects and initiatives that support clinic growth
Experience:
No experience required — we value attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Preferred qualifications:
Customer service experience Sales, appointment setting, or lead generation experience Social media engagement, content support, or marketing exposure CRM or client management software experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Coachable, organized, and growth-oriented Interest in health, wellness, rehabilitation, fitness, or performance industries
Work Environment:
Hybrid (primarily remote) Outcome-based environment with flexibility for independent work Availability required during operating hours for certain responsibilities Participation in meetings, training, and events required
