Commercial Operations Administrative Support Consultant (Contract Workflow Support)

$50 - $80hr W2 Overview Consultant engaged to support a growing sales organization by offloading high-volume contract and administrative workflows tied to sponsorships and events. This role enables Commercial Operations leadership to refocus on strategic priorities as demand and deal activity increase. Responsibilities Provide high-volume administrative support across sponsorship and event-related contract workflows Manage contract intake, tracking, routing, and follow-up across sales, legal, and internal stakeholders Review forms and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to submission Coordinate revisions, approvals, and communication between cross-functional partners Support field sales teams with contract submission processes and requirements Assist with purchase orders, billing coordination, payment tracking, and related documentation Triage incoming requests and prioritize urgent items in a fast-paced environment Maintain organized records and ensure consistent, efficient workflow execution Requirements Experience supporting contract workflows in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with ability to ensure accuracy across documentation and submissions Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities Organized, process-driven approach to workflow management Preferred Contract administration or contract management experience Experience supporting sponsorships, events, or sales operations teams About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
