In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our business footprint by developing new client relationships and nurturing existing accounts. Your passion for sales, combined with your expertise in B2B (business-to-business) sales and technology solutions, will help us achieve ambitious growth targets. You will leverage your negotiation skills, marketing knowledge, and technical sales experience to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead business development initiatives, engage in strategic account management, and make a tangible impact on our company's success. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research to expand our client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional account management and ongoing support. Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements and craft customized proposals that showcase our technological solutions. Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual value creation. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness in key markets. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. Present product demonstrations, technical sales pitches, and market insights confidently to diverse audiences. Experience Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within technology or industrial sectors, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Experience in business development activities including prospecting, cold calling (warm calling preferred), and lead qualification. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels of an organization. Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning. Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
