Job Summary JQGlassworks is a growing, high-end glass installation company specializing in frameless shower enclosures, custom glass railings, and other residential glass projects throughout Southern California. We are looking for a confident, competitive, and highly motivated Commission Sales Representative who wants to control their income through performance. You will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, understanding their project needs, presenting our glass solutions, following up consistently, and converting opportunities into signed projects. You may also attend on-site walkthroughs alongside a member of our technical or project management team, who will handle measurements and confirm installation requirements. Your primary responsibility is not measuring or designing the project—it is building trust, communicating value, managing the sales process, and closing the deal. This is not a clock-in, clock-out position. For on-site appointments, you will work alongside a trained member of our project management or technical team who will verify measurements, installation conditions, and project feasibility. Your focus will remain on the client relationship, sales presentation, follow-up process, and closing the project.
