Community Partnerships & Referral Growth Specialist

About Us Holistic Mental Health Counseling is a growing group practice specializing in trauma therapy and somatic healing. We are seeking a results-driven partnerships specialist to build a targeted referral network within the local community. This is a lean, performance-based role focused on high-impact outreach and relationship building—not general marketing or admin work. Your Mission Build and manage a focused pipeline of referral partnerships that consistently generate new client consultations. Scope of Role You will prioritize only the highest ROI referral sources (depth over breadth—no scattered outreach): Pilates & wellness studios OB/GYNs and pediatricians Select schools / counselors (limited, targeted outreach) Weekly Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable) Within a 15-hour work week: 30-50 targeted outreach attempts/week 8-15 real conversations/week 3-6 meetings booked/week 1-2 new partnerships secured/month Consistent follow-up with all active leads This role is measured by pipeline growth and referrals generated What You'll Do 1. High-Impact Outreach (Primary Focus) Execute targeted outreach via email, phone, and selective in-person visits Build relationships with high-value referral sources Manage company profiles/ directories regularly (Psychology Today, Welltrack Connect, LinkedIn Google My Business, etc.) Track and Report on marketing performance, outreach efforts, and conversion trends Assist with Onboarding (and offboarding) therapists , including creating and organizing marketing materials for their services Create promotional materials (flyers, monthly newsletters, presentations, outreach messaging, etc.) for the organization 2. Relationship Development Convert conversations into referral partnerships Maintain ongoing communication with partners Coordinate simple collaborations (referrals, workshops, etc.) Take ownership of the company newsletter, including planning, writing, and distribution to support partner engagement and brand visibility 3. Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain a clean, updated tracking system (CRM or Google Sheet)

• Partnership status Ensure no warm lead is lost due to lack of follow-up 4.

Light Growth Support Assist with partnership-related campaigns or events Collaborate with marketing when needed Google Ads familiarity is a plus (not required) Requirements Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or referral growth Demonstrated ability to generate measurable results (clients, revenue, partnerships) Strong outreach and follow-up skills Highly organized and able to manage a pipeline Confident communicator (phone, email, and in-person) Must be able to travel to both office locations State Island, NY and Matawan, NJ as needed (more often NJ office location) Ideal Candidate Has successfully built partnerships before Thinks in terms of results per hour Can prioritize effectively within limited time Self-directed and execution-focused

Compensation Structure Base:

$30/hour Performance bonuses tied to:

• Consultations booked as a result of partnerships secured & referrals generated
• Monthly targets achieved
