  • Outside Sales Representative (Field-Based) We're looking for a driven and personable Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team at Garage Door Dynasty.
This is a boots-on-the-ground role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships face-to-face, and has a knack for identifying sales opportunities where others see dirt and drywall. You'll be visiting active construction sites and new developments, connecting with general contractors, project managers, and homeowners to offer our premium garage door and entry door solutions . Your success in this role will directly contribute to our mission of delivering the highest-quality garage door systems across Los Angeles. Responsibilities Visit residential and commercial construction sites to identify and engage with decision-makers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your assigned territory. Conduct onsite product demos and consultations to present customized door solutions. Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and coordinating with our installation team. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in Salesforce (or similar CRM). Continuously research and identify new leads and opportunities through permits, networking, and referrals. Represent Garage Door Dynasty with professionalism and confidence in all client interactions. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in construction, home services, or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you know how to build trust quickly. Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and territory effectively. Ability to read the room—whether it's a jobsite trailer or a luxury home under construction.
